Our favorite water-based finish is a premium product called Loba Easy Finish that provides a silky, soft sheen and excellent durability for residential use. It is also low in VOC and can be used in rooms with poor ventilation. It takes 24 hours for the first coat to dry and 7 days for a full cure.
